🦩 5 Apps We're Crushing On

As small business owners, we're always on the hunt for tools (preferably F R E E) to help us improve our efficiency and productivity.

We rely on these apps to keep our business humming. In addition to Calendly, Canva, and HoneyBook, here are the 5 tools we're 💓 right now.

5 Tools to Help You Plan, Organize, Share, and Design Like a Pro 1. ClickUp. You can manage and track all your projects in one place, including people & time, collaborate, upload documents, connect it to Gmail, assign tasks, manage your calendar, and track reporting. Think of this as Trello, Evernote, and Asana all in one, but much friendlier to use. And their support is pretty dope, too. 2. Loom. This free video messaging tool is a game changer. You know how a picture is worth a thousand words, well a video is worth 10 times that. When you need to explain something, especially visual like your website, landing page, or how to use a tool or register for an event, take a quick video of your screen, walk through your steps, and voila! You just saved oodles of time by avoiding typing up a big, long wall of text. Fun fact: People retain more information via video than text. 3. Miro. We recently stumbled on this one after mapping out a customer journey and workflow for one of our clients. It makes it so easy to visualize the steps in your nurture campaigns, conversion series, or sales funnel. Show & tell at its finest. 4. InShot. This app is like Canva for video editing. Download it on your phone and create or edit a video with music, captions, you get the drill. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. 🍋 5. Buffer. Manage and schedule social media posts. No redundant siloed manual tracking either! Even though there are other platforms out there like Hootsuite and SproutSocial, the free version of Buffer is all we need. Two close runners-up are Loomly and Later. Definitely worth checking out. Give one of these a try (no, we're not affiliates or getting sponsored by any of these guys - we wish!)
