1. It's Black History Month!!! Although it should be celebrated all year, we want to take a moment to thank our Black community for your contributions to the world. We see you, we hear you. ✊🏿
2. It's SHORT & SWEET! Even though on 2.2.22 Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, he's only been right 39% of the time. We're betting on Spring 🌸!
3. ✌️ Dry January. We can finally make 🍷 fun again after a month of no booze.
4. Super Bowl. 🏈 One of us LOVES the big game. Go RAMS!
5. Valentine's Day 💖 & Galentine's Day. An excuse for getting gifts 🎁, declaring publicly your love to your boo 🥰, or celebrating with your FLAMSTATIC friends 👯.

Meet Tamara Declama, Realtor
First up is Tamara Declama, a real estate agent licensed in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and Florida that needed a fresh website to attract buyers, sellers, and investors.
We guided her through Captiva’s Brand Therapy Assessment to quickly get to know her, designed a user-friendly and self-customizable website in WordPress, and developed her brand story that would differentiate her as a prominent real estate agent in the DC Metropolitan area.
Tamara is as fun & driven as she looks (and she's an excellent baker🧁; the dessert lover at Captiva is SUPER happy about that). We absolutely LOVED showcasing her talents to the world. She's already getting rave reviews on her new website!
