🦩 Building Community: Keith McDuffie

F60 Interview

1. What’s your morning routine like? And what’s the last thing you do before going to bed?

⏰ Wake up: Most days before I get out of bed, I check my emails in case there’s anything that is urgent and needs to be addressed. The next thing after clearing my emails, I stretch and do some type of workout at my house. And then, I drink a half gallon of water every morning (to cleanse my system). Tip – from my grandma.

🛏️ Before going to bed: Most days I wind down, watch some TV (documentary, history channel, Discovery, NatGeo channel) or read a book.
