🙌🏽 Small businesses and nonprofits have an advantage with this because they can humanize their brands better than massive corporations. Hard for Capital One or Amazon to achieve this authentically and empathetically.

To ramp up your content impact, you gotta know your audience intimately. That means tell more stories that make them the hero, create how tos, answer FAQs, interview prospects, do behind the scenes, and remember to focus on WIIFM (what's in it for me, the reader?).

Content comes in many shapes and sizes. The 3 most popular and powerful ways to share your content is through:

📹 Video. Not just any video, but video shorts. These are videos under 60 seconds on YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
🎧 Audio. If you have the gift of gab but hate the camera, audio is the next best option (hello podcasts!).
✏️ Writing. There are two types. Copywriting is about driving a desired action through the art of persuasion. Think of sales letters or landing pages, ads, billboards, emails, brochures, etc. Content writing on the other hand is more about education and building relationships. That's your blog, ebooks, case studies, newsletters, and podcasts.
