Totally Linking Care in Maryland (TLC-MD)
Challenge
TLC-MD is a nonprofit funded by local hospitals that connect underserved communities to health care services. Through multiple grants, they’re tasked with lowering hospital admissions, increasing enrollments to the provider network and to health programs.
Solution
Developed a marketing audit and strategy that pivots to a direct-to-consumer approach and designed a diabetes awareness campaign with digital and print components. Even though their board decided not to change their logo, we developed brand guidelines around their current logo and a secondary color palette that appeals to Hispanics and African Americans. We are their marketing agency and provide support on an ongoing basis.
Deliverables
Brand guidelines, organizational stationery, website redesign (coming 2022), branded health kiosks, promotional materials, and integrated diabetes awareness campaign, including: Postcards, gift boxes for providers, paid ads, social media posts, sourced tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, SMS, 1-800 #).
