2. Make SHORTER To-Do Lists: If you're like most people, you're doing your To-Do list WRONG. Pick just 3 HIGH priority things (we know most of us have MORE than 3 things but trust us on this).
Like in the book, Eat that Frog, do the hardest things first — what causes you the most stress or has the biggest impact on your finances. Everything else goes on the "Brain Dump" or Master To-Do list (get it out of your head so you won't forget anything). Then categorize items by the roles you play, e.g., work, home, family, school, volunteer, etc.
Tackle your top priorities first AND then move down to your Brain Dump list. This will DRASTICALLY improve your productivity and you will feel FLAMAZING when you complete the most important tasks first!
3. Get a Scheduling App: We use Calendly (it's free). This tool helps us save time and avoid the back-and-forth when trying to nail down a meeting time. You can even use this to schedule fun dates or gatherings with friends. Remember time is 💸💸💸💸.
